EASY CLEAN: SQ Professional’s bamboo cutting board should be hand washed with hot water and dish soap and thoroughly rinsed. Dry with a cloth or paper towel and let it air-dry completely before use. The bamboo chopping board is not dishwasher safe. Do not soak the bamboo chopping board or let the moisture stay too long on its surface.
CARE: Once clean and dry, disinfect your cutting board with pure white vinegar or lemon and salt, then rub a little oil on the surface.
