Making a return

Making a return is easy. Just click on My Account, Find your Order Number under the Order History section and then select Contact Us button.

Please enter your order number and a brief explanation of the issue in the Contact Us form to request a return.

Once filled and submitted, we aim to respond to all requests within one business day with the return instructions on how to send it back. Once we have received and checked your returns, we will issue a refund back to your original method of payment.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (not damaged or used). The refund amount is subject to both the condition of the item and the reason for the return. It may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on the payment method.

Did you receive an item that was damaged / defective on arrival?

We work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn’t always the case. To report damaged or faulty items due to delivery, click on Replacing Item. We can offer a replacement unit or parts at no extra cost. If you would prefer to return the item, we will refund the item’s price and delivery cost to your original payment method within 5 business days of pickup. You may have to upload a picture of the damaged item or if your package appears severely damaged.

We recommend that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues within 30 days of receiving the item.

Replacing Damaged Item(s) or Missing Part(s)

Not what you ordered?

If you received a delivery from us but it isn't what you ordered, we'll be happy to fix that without any extra cost to you. Making a return is easy. Just click on My Account, Find your Order Number under the Order History section and then select Contact Us button to send us a message. We aim to respond to your request within one business day.

Who covers the cost of return postage in case of unwanted items?

The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage for unwanted items.

However, in the event of a product being inaccurately described, we take full responsibility and will cover the cost of return postage for the return.
